Applied Computing Minor

The Applied Computing undergraduate minor prepares you to advance your career across a wide range of industries, including military, finance, retail, education and manufacturing.

Students in this minor can integrate computing skills into their major field to become a sophisticated user of computing technology to design systems and solve real-world problems.

This 18-unit minor is available on main campus and online.

Requirements

  • Students are required to maintain at least a 2.0 average in minor coursework to complete the minor.
  • Students are allowed to use up to 2 courses (typically, 6 units) between a major and minor program with departmental approval.
