Develop in-demand leadership skills to excel in a competitive job market with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership & Regional Commerce with an Organizational Leadership emphasis. What is a BAS degree good for? This organizational leadership degree prepares you for careers in corporate, non-profit, military, and government sectors with exceptional knowledge of and experience in effective leadership practices. BAS degrees often lead to specific career paths like project management, supply chain management, or data science.
Evolve your strategic thinking skills by examining all facets of leadership – from leaders to followers to contextual influences. Course topics covered include organizational behavior, decision-making, and team building. These theory-based courses also focus on the practical application of knowledge.

Offered at the University of Arizona's main campus and online, the BAS OLRC is a four-year undergraduate degree requiring 120 units.
Students choose from one of two areas:
- Organizational Leadership
- Regional Commerce

In the U of A BAS OLRC, students are prepared for a wide variety of dynamic jobs across industries. Positions include:
