Tavia Szostek is responsible for leading and managing college graduate student admissions, recruitment and retention initiatives. Her role is focused on developing and implementing effective strategies, programs and processes to attract, enroll and support graduate students throughout their academic journey.

Tavia currently has nine years of recruitment and enrollment experience in higher education. Prior to joining the College of Information Science, she was the recruitment coordinator for the University of Arizona College of Social and Behavioral Sciences (SBS), where she managed the recruitment and enrollment efforts for over 30 academic programs. She was also the graduate enrollment counselor for SBS, as well as a senior admissions officer Master of Education in Educational Leadership, Northern Arizona Universityfor Northern Arizona University. Tavia has dedicated her career to providing students with attentive guidance and support while they navigate each step of the admissions and enrollment process.
