Prior to becoming an instructor with the University of Arizona, Jordan VanHoy spent 11 years in the United States Marine Corps. He began his career as a Special Intelligence Communicator/System Administrator and Digital Network Analyst prior to commissioning in March of 2015. Upon commission, he became an Air Intelligence Officer, where he spent 4 years in Yuma, Arizona.
He currently holds the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CASP, CySA+, Security+, Network+, Cloud+, CCENT, Splunk Core Certified User, Certified in Emerging Technologies Blockchain, and GIAC GASF.
