Join the College of Information Science for a resume workshop.
Resume 2.0:
This workshop equips Information Science students with the tools and techniques needed to create a resume that gets noticed. Using the APR framework (Action + Project + Result) participants will craft bullet points that clearly show the impact of what they did and the impact it made, drawing from coursework, research, student organizations, volunteer work, and internships. We will also focus on developing a robust skills section that focuses on technical tools and certifications. Insights shared on key differences between a resume and a curriculum vitae.
Recommended for undergraduate/graduate students; however, all interested are welcome to attend.
