The talk will cover the essential elements of a successful pitch deck, strategies for building out the game design document, and tips on how to align production plans with business goals and timelines. By the end, participants will understand how each step builds on the last, ensuring they have the confidence and tools to take their concept from a spark of inspiration to a fully realized development blueprint.
