This course explores the basic use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools for creatively producing expressive, academic, and professional information content responsibly and effectively. Students will utilize generative AI tools to produce textual, visual, and multimedia content individually and in groups, while learning best practices and critical thinking around intellectual property and data privacy concerns. Students will also learn to recognize and avoid AI pitfalls including plagiarism and biases.
