Research in Computer Vision and Medical image analysis

Dr. Eung-Joo Lee, from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, is seeking graduate students to conduct research in computer vision and medical image analysis. His team is looking for candidates interested in the following:

· remote sensing image classification

· self-supervised learning applications

· model compression methods (such as knowledge distillation)

· surgical image analysis (potentially leading to publications)

Additionally, graduate students can use INFO 693 internship units to fulfill their capstone unit requirements.
