As a Technology Consulting Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various projects and work closely with our team of experienced consultants. You will assist in analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and implementing technology strategies. This internship will provide you with a valuable learning experience and insight into the world of technology consulting.
General Program Structure
Months 0-3: Project Management
- Dive into the essentials of project management.
- Learn to plan, execute, and close projects efficiently.
Months 4-6: Data Engineering/Analytics
- Transition to the world of data engineering and analytics.
- Develop skills in data collection, processing, and analysis.
Months 7-9+: Software Development
- Master software development fundamentals.
- Engage in real-world coding and software creation.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in analyzing business requirements and conducting research.
- Contributing to the design and development of technical solutions.
- Participating in project meetings and providing support to team.
- Assisting in the creation of project plans and timelines.
- Performing testing and quality assurance tasks.
- Providing technical support to clients and handling inquiries.
- Contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the company.
Requirements
- Pursing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.8 or higher.
- Previous professional experience in data engineering and analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other programming languages.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and schema design.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services like AWS or Azure.
- Must be located in Phoenix, Arizona.
