UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA AI/ML-AR/VR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Immersion Labs is interested in hosting 12 UA undergraduate/graduate student interns between May 15-August 15, 2024

 

LOCATION: Ideally Hybrid, 25% in person in Tucson, 75% On-Line, Minimum 20 hrs/week. Unpaid Internship can develop into Paid Employment in Fall Semester 2024 or Spring Semester 2025. Internship may be eligible for UA College of Information Science Course Credit.

Ideal Candidate Profile:  

  1. Deep interest in applicability of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Augmented/Virtual Reality and Digital Twins in one or more of the following industry sectors: 
  • Emergency Services 
  • Advanced Manufacturing 
  • Food and Agriculture
  • Water and Wastewater
  • Energy and Utilities 
  • Oil, gas and Petrochemical
  • Healthcare
  • Telecommunications
  • Information Technology
  • Financial Services 
  • Transportation

Each Intern’s Project Scope/Statement of Work will be personalized in coordination with the IL USA Internship Supervisor.
