The STEM-designated MS CO is offered fully online and can be completed in as few as 12 months.
Students take core courses in traffic analysis, covert Python, cloud security and AI foundations in cyber operations while choosing from several electives, including advanced AI agents in cyber operations, cyber physical systems and advanced machine learning applications. The Master of Science in Cyber Operations offered through the Arizona Online campus requires 30 total units and can typically be completed in 12 months for full-time students.
Student Competencies
- Demonstrate and apply knowledge of offensive cyber operations.
- Demonstrate and apply knowledge of defensive cyber operations.
- Identify, evaluate and apply tactics, techniques and procedures used to conduct and defend against information operation campaigns.
- Explain the relationship among cyber ethics, cyber policy and U.S. and international cyber laws and apply that knowledge.
